Sauna therapy has changed my life. I suffered from Chilblains (perniosis) which is a circulatory reaction blister that forms on hands and feet with change in temperature and the sauna has prevented these for over 5 years now. But sauna practice as a lifestyle has been studied to extend health span too! Sauna mimics psychological and protective responses induced during exercise, it optimizes stress responses and heat shock proteins, it reduces morbidity and mortality, it protects against cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases, and helps preserve muscle mass.

We love the sauna arm diffuser for adding oils or our salt rocks. Add oils like orange (energizing) or eucalyptus (cold/fly) or lavender (calming)! . But adding pink cave salt helps breath in mineral rich air to improve circulation, detoxification, stress reductions and immune support.
